Step1: Open your back cover and move the battery out of your Defy, wiping your compartment with a dry cloth and the following thing is remove the all the screws form your phone with the screwdriver. There are a total of nine screws.
Step2: Now, we can remove the back case easily. Gently push forward the motherboard when the side is loosened to totally separate the back housing. This is the picture of it:
Take away the rubber on the top of the motherboard. Then release the two pop connectors to separate the motherboard. The motherboard is now separated. The following picture lead you how to do this:
- Now there is no doubt that you can separate the LCD from the phone.
- Look at the cell phone and remove the rubber lining where can be found in the frond housing and touch screen digitizer.
- Now the hair dryer can be used, using hair dryer to the front of the housing and the viscose will be soften, so you can put the touch screen out according to the following picture.
- Then you need to clean your motherboard and the rubber lining.
