Curious about all the intricately decorated desserts that have cropped up over the last few weeks? It’s all part of the Mid-Autumn Festival this weekend on September 30. This festival, also known as the Mooncake Festival
or the Moon Festival, is celebrated by the Chinese and Vietnamese. On
this day, families and friends gather together to carry around beautiful
paper lanterns underneath the moonlight and enjoy different types of
mooncakes.

Why Cell Mobile Phone Recycle?
Cell phone technology is taking off. There are smartphones available from: HTC, Samsung, iPhone, Blackberry and other brands. With all the new phones available this means there are many old phones that are not needed.
Why recycle cell phones? Many big companies are pushing the recycling of old cell phones after an individual is done with it. But what actually happens to the cell phones after they pass through an individual’s hand? Why is it so important?
The cell phones can be resold. The large majority of phones are still in decent working condition when they are turned in. There are many individuals who lose phones and look for a decent used phone to buy until their upgrade.
There are also a number of different precious metals that are used in cell phones. Phone screen, Platinum, gold and silver are all contained in the circuit boards that comprise the normal cell phone. These metals are easily mined from the cell phone and used again in the production of new phones or wherever else they are needed. On the flip side of that, cell phones like: HTC, Samsung, Blackberry and iPhone contain various toxic materials that are harmful to the environment if they end up in a landfill. Many cell phone batteries are the best example because they contain lithium. If they are turned in they can be recycled or disposed of properly.

iPhone 5 Rumor: LCD Screen Replacement On Sale
all if the iPhone 5 screen is really going to be four inches of delight or if all the leaks leading up to this moment have been nothing but that – rumors. I’m willing to bet my money on the former.
a wholesale electronics site to get parts before the actual device is released. It just seems like Apple would try to put a stop to stuff like this. Maybe they’ve just stopped trying to fight the inevitable.
It’s pretty much confirmed at this point that the iPhone 5 is going to have a larger screen. All signs are pointing to a screen with a resolution of 1136×640. We won’t know for sure, of course, until the all but confirmed iPhone 5 event on September 12. If only there was a Chinese electronics retailer selling the screen for the iPhone 5 right this very moment.
It turns out that such a retailer exists as 9to5Mac has found that China Gadget has LCD screens for the iPhone 5 on sale. Sadly, they all sold out as soon as the news broke. Nobody has any use for them at this point, but come on, it’s the iPhone 5 LCD screen.

How to Recycle Your Halloween Pumpkins
So Halloween is just on the horizon, which means many neighborhoods will soon be littered with big orange pumpkins. On the weeks leading up to the holiday, the sight of these pumpkins brings joy and excitement, because it’s a reminder that Halloween is, in fact, almost here. However, come November 1, all of those pumpkins are a nuisance, because they sit and rot and go to waste.
Instead of letting that happen this year, though, there are plenty of options for recycling or reusing that pumpkin, instead of letting it stink up the neighborhood. And to get you started, we compiled a list of things to do with old pumpkins.
Birdfeeder – You can easily turn an old pumpkin into a birdfeeder by cutting the pumpkin in half and filling each half with birdseed. Use a string to tie the pumpkin halve to trees. Not only will the birds eat the birdseed, but they will also eat the pumpkin flesh, maybe even the skin, depending on the bird. You’ll be helping feed local birds and cleaning up your post-Halloween decorations, all at the same time.

HTC Screen Separation
At some point there had to be a competitor for the iPhone; one that would rival the iPhone in speed and features. HTC has come out with a number of good options for this rival phone. With some phones boasting the fastest processor speed and ever-increasing internet speed capabilities, HTC has been extremely successful in creating a nemesis to the iPhone. However, as with all new devices, HTC products are not without fault. Issues started appearing as soon as the first smartphone hit the market. The issue of topic is no small one either.
The HTC problem that is being referenced is screen separation. HTC has addressed the screen separation as a minor flaw and so will not being issuing a recall for it. When the screen separates, this creates a subsequent issue: the phone’s touchscreen begins to malfunction. The HTC phone begins to lose sensitivity once the screen begins to debond and the sensitivity only gets worse the more the screen separates. For some phones this wouldn’t be such a problem, but anyone who knows anything about HTC phones understands that not much can be done on them without the use of the touchscreen.

HTC screen repair, is a bit Sensitive!
The HTC Aria is a nice smartphone. Most smartphones these days are
the size of a computer, making them bulky to carry around. Phones like
the Droid X make girls think you are happy to see them, very happy.
Beyond it’s size though the functionality and features are nice as well. One big drawback though is the cost of the parts and the ease of which you can crack the screen. The glass breaks easily and a screen repair can be expensive. A replacement digitizer alone runs for over $60. While the glass and LCD are not glued together, the glass alone costs more than many LCD/digitizer combos. It really is amazing to me how such a small screen can break so easily and at the same time cost more than most other comparable phones.

Fix Broken Digitizer screen replacement Yourself new
For a while I was walking around with a broken phone screen until I decided enough was enough. My phone was still usable, but the screen was hard to read. I didn’t feel it was worth the money to get the screen fixed for nearly the price of getting a brand new phone. There were a few options out there. For instance some people send their phones for repairs to outside companies that claim to fix it for less than the original company’s repair price, however, many are still expensive and some have horrible reputations. In general there are some things to be aware of when sending a phone off to an unknown company. There are some fraudulent companies out there that take your phone and don’t send it back or claim it was lost in the mail, some have expensive parts inside the phone replaced for refurbished parts, or claim you need more repairs than you actually do. I suggest you know what company you are dealing with before trusting your phone to anyone.
